Our Air-Dried Raw Salmon Skin Pretzels put a fun twist on one of our favorite ingredients! Made from 100% salmon skins sourced from a local Philadelphia fish purveyor, each skin is hand-shaped into a pretzel before being slowly air-dried raw.
These locally sourced salmon skins are naturally thinner and oilier than our traditional wild-caught skins, creating a lighter chew with a delicate crisp texture and plenty of naturally fishy flavor. Twisting the skins into their pretzel shape adds another layer of texture and makes each one a fun, satisfying treat.
Why a Pretzel? It’s a Philly Thing.We’re a Philadelphia-born company, these salmon skins come to us from a Philadelphia fish purveyor, and Philly knows a thing or two about pretzels. So naturally, we had to give them a twist! Each salmon skin is hand-shaped into a pretzel — a little nod to our hometown and to the local food community that helps make our food-waste-fighting mission possible.

Care & HandlingStore in a cool, dry place and keep the package tightly sealed after opening. No refrigeration is required when kept dry. Because salmon naturally contains oils, some oiliness on the treat or inside the package is normal. Wash hands and food-contact surfaces after handling.
What Does “Air-Dried Raw” Mean?Our treats begin with raw ingredients and are slowly air-dried at low temperatures to remove moisture without traditionally cooking them. This gentle process creates a shelf-stable treat while retaining the naturally occurring flavor and nutritional qualities of the original raw ingredient.
