These Air-Dried Raw Salmon Pretzels are a new twist on a Piggyback classic — inspired by Philadelphia’s deep-rooted love of pretzels. Since Philly is known as one of the pretzel capitals of the country, we couldn’t resist shaping these treats as a little hometown tribute.
Each pretzel is hand-formed using salmon skin sourced locally from Samuel & Son Seafood, a Philadelphia-based seafood purveyor we trust and love.
 
Compared to the wild-caught salmon skins we’re known for, these skins are slightly thinner and noticeably oilier, making them extra aromatic, ultra-palatable, and irresistibly chewy. Slowly air-dried raw to preserve natural fats and flavor, they deliver a rich dose of omega-3s in every bend and twist.
