About The Event
Since 1983, visitors embark on colorful harvest tours and observe the ruby red berries floating in the bogs and the modern water-harvesting of the crop. The Cranberry Festival is a celebration of New Jersey's cranberry harvest, the 3rd largest in the United States, and offers a tribute to the Pine Barrens and Local Culture. The main attraction is the diverse showing of many artists and craftsmen, some of which will also be demonstrating their crafts as well as displaying them for sale. Over 250 arts and crafts exhibitors display their handiwork. A showcase of over 100 vintage and classic cars. Twenty awards will be given in various categories. Plus live entertainment Cranberry Cafe and Bakery, Pine Barrens photography, quilt blocking, hat decorating, cranberry floral arrangement, the smallest and largest cranberry display and the best cranberry recipe.
